Face Your Manga offers a lot of customization from the shape of your face, facial features, hairs, etc. When you're done, just enter your e-mail so the file would be sent to you. I don't know why you can't just download it right then and there. Anyway, I won't bore you with any more details, go ahead and create your own avatar.
