PrintWhatYouLike for websites does just that

If you often find yourself wasting too much paper an ink from printing pages from websites because of all those necessary clutters like ads, comments, etc., then you might find PrintWhatYouLike very useful.

PrintWhatYouLike is a free online service that allows you to remove elements from a web page for printing purposes. Just paste the URL of the page you want to print and you will be presented with tools to remove sections or elements in a page. No need to copy-paste to a Word document and edit from there.

If you’re running Firefox as a browser, PrintWhatYouLike also has a plugin that allows you edit a page right then and there.

This cool service should save tons of papers and inks from those who often print stuff off the web. Try it!
