Cacoo is a user friendly online drawing tool that allows you to create a different types of diagrams such as wire frames, UML and network charts with those funny little icons included.
The difference with Cacoo and the previously mentioned Lovely Charts is that Cacoo also allows multiple users to edit the same diagram in a simultaneous collaboration. Signing up is required and your chart will be exported as PNG.

Cacoo's real-time collaboration worked pretty well when I tested it with a friend, but I prefer Lucidchart overall - same collaboration but better features.
