One Manga is the first choice to read mangas online. They post daily updates and they have a very wide collection of mangas. Their reader is simple and very easy to use and those with monitors with huge resolution would have no problem reading mangas from the site.
If for some reasone One Manga is down or it is blocked from your connection, you can also check out Manga Hut which works similarly as One Manga.
Remember to read the panels from right to left!
